To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, we have developed a comprehensive Refund & Shipping Policy that outlines the procedures and guidelines for product returns and shipping. Refund Policy
1. We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date of purchase for any product(s) that arrive damaged, defective, or not as described. In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) to initiate the return process.
2. To be eligible for a refund, the product(s) must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
3. Once the returned item(s) are received, our quality control team will inspect them. If the return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 5 - 7 business days.
4. If the product(s) are found to be used, damaged due to negligence, or returned without the original packaging, we reserve the right to reject the refund request or deduct a restocking fee from the refund amount.
5. We do not provide refunds or accept returns for digital downloads or products marked as non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
1. We offer worldwide shipping for all our products, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on the shipping address and the chosen shipping method. We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
3. In the unlikely event that your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer service, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
4. If there are multiple items in your order, they may be shipped separately, depending on availability. In this case, you will receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking information for each item.
5. If you need to change the shipping address after placing the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that the change can be made if the item has already been shipped.
